WHY WATERMELON HAS A SHIELD
1. Data Controller:

2. Data Collected:
We collect personal data voluntarily provided through the contact form (name, email, message). Cloudflare Web Analytics aggregates anonymous visit data (country of origin, browser type, device, pages viewed) without using cookies and without building individual profiles. If you consent to cookies via the banner, Google Ads also collects conversion data (e.g., contact form submissions or clicks on our phone/email contacts) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
3. Purpose of the Processing:
To respond to requests received through the website, anonymously analyze user behavior to improve the user experience and, with your consent, measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns.
4. Legal Basis:
We process data solely based on the explicit consent provided by the user (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
5. Data Retention:
Data is retained until the user requests its deletion.

7. External Services:
We use EmailJS to receive email messages and Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless privacy-friendly analytics service that does not profile users nor collect personal identifiers. We also use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) for advertising conversion tracking: tracking is only activated after you give consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2).
